We also provide a Case Management program. A Case Manager/Registered Nurse or Certified Social Worker collaborates with the patient, family, significant other and health professionals to design an appropriate individualized care plan. Oversees its implementations and insures quality assurance.
Services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, under the supervision of our director of nursing. Our staff is available on short notice. We accept a variety of payments, including insurance (pending authorization), no-fault, work/comp, Medicare and Medicaid through affiliation with a certified vendor and private pay. Insurance cases, including no fault, are a specialty at Alternate Staffing Inc. An evaluation is given free of charge. Referrals receive immediate attention.
